We film listings across the Nashville corridor — Davidson, Williamson, Maury, Rutherford, and Marshall counties — including Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Columbia, and Murfreesboro. If your listing is within roughly an hour of Franklin, we cover it.
A typical full listing shoot — aerial exterior plus 4K interior walkthrough — takes 60 to 120 minutes on site, depending on square footage and lot size. We arrive prepared, work efficiently, and stay out of your showings.
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours after the shoot, delivered via private download link with MLS-ready and social-ready files. The Everything package includes priority 24-hour delivery.
Weather rescheduling is always free. The DJI Air 3 cannot fly safely in rain or sustained high wind, and aerial footage looks dramatically better in good conditions. If a shoot needs to move, we reschedule at no charge.
Yes. We are FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone operation and carry commercial liability insurance. Certificates can be provided on request for your brokerage.
Yes. Every package includes a full commercial license for MLS, social platforms, email campaigns, and your brokerage marketing. Vertical social cuts are included with the Full Listing Video and Everything packages.
No. We are a video production studio. The only still imagery we shoot is aerial drone stills from above. For interior, we deliver a true 4K cinematic walkthrough video instead of a still slideshow.
